Wilden P2 - 1" (25.4 mm) 3-A
The SaniFlo3A pump meets the requirements of applicable 3-A Sanitary Standards (air or hydraulically driven diaphragm pumps for sanitary applications). It is constructed of 316L Stainless Steel (4Ra exterior and 20Ra interior finish) and utilizes 304 Stainless Steel hardware.
The wetted parts of the pump allow clean in place (CIP) operations. Design features include: diaphragm with integral piston, removable ball cage, straight manifold, flow-through design, with no valve seat or o-ring. The Wil-Gard diaphragm monitoring system lowers down time and maintenance costs with 24-hour pump surveillance.
